Beef and Broccoli

1/2 lb. Thinly Shaved Roast Beef
1 lb. Broccoli
Fettuccine Pasta
Alfredo Sauce
Soy Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Minced Garlic
Parmesan Cheese

Start by boiling the broccoli and pasta as this is the most time consuming part of the recipe. While the broccoli and pasta are cooking dice the roast beef into bite size pieces. There is no time frame as to how long to cook the broccoli as some people like a crunch to their vegetables and others like them soft. When the broccoli is finished put under cold water to stop the cooking, also rinse the pasta under cold water and place in a bowl of cold water. This stops both from continuing to cook.

In a fry pan add 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce, 2 tbsp. of Soy sauce and 1 tbsp. of garlic and 2 shakes of Tabasco sauce. Heat this mixture until the sauce begins to bubble. Once the sauce begins to boil add your noodles, roast beef, and broccoli and cook for 4 minutes stirring often. I have found out that this dish is easier to prepare 1 serving at a time. Once you have placed the serving on a plate apply a light dusting of Parmesan cheese and serve.

Now you have restaurant caliber Beef and Broccoli in a matter of minutes.
